2024 was a big year, thank you so much for all the support. As you know, I like to say we are sprinkling rainbows around the world, together! We all know that everyone deserves to feel safe, welcome and included regardless of gender and sexuality. Together we are working to make sure every community member and family can call our communities home and access the services and care they deserve.
This year, I worked with 4100 people attended LGBTQ+ Inclusion Training workshops, in 38 communities and cities, 8000 more people decided to follow @mischa.oak on social media, I was the keynote at 5 conferences, worked closely with two First Nations and was selected for TEDxSurrey, North America's leading TEDx.
