- Raise an Inclusive Pride flag – Show your welcome and your values.
- Share your inclusion statement – Say it clearly: everyone belongs.

- Tell Queer history – Share a pivotal moment or trailblazer.
- Say thank you – Recognize your 2SLGBTQ+ team and community.
- Decorate your space – Visibility matters.
- Host a Pride lunch or event – Bonus points for a Queer speaker or performer.
- Fundraise for Queer causes – Local or global, it counts.

You don’t need “out” staff to do Pride.
